Applying is not an offer of employment
Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, guarantee an interview, or guarantee a role. We aim to call every applicant within 24 hours, but cannot promise it.
What we never charge for
Hiring, registration, onboarding and training are free, always. We will never ask you for a fee, a security deposit, a bank password or an OTP. Anyone doing so in our name is not us — report them to hr@codebyakshay.com.
How pay works
Pay runs on a weekly cycle, and two successful KYCs in a week is the minimum. A week with fewer than two is not payable — the ₹1,300 weekly base is not paid on its own. On reaching two you earn that base plus ₹700 for the second KYC, and ₹600 for each further KYC in the same week.
The figures on this site are illustrations of that formula, not a promise of earnings. What you actually earn depends on how many KYCs you close, which depends on your effort and call quality. If you close fewer than two in a week, you earn nothing for that week.
What we expect
That the details you give us are true, that you are 18 or above, and that you follow the calling scripts and conduct rules we train you on. Misrepresenting yourself to customers on a call is grounds for ending the engagement.
